  • One thing I loved about working with Cassidy on a plant based diet was the knowledge shred on a weekly basis. How to set your plate for success, in depth information on nutrients such as Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Calcium etc. How to focus on getting more protein and less fat … the 2:1 ratio has been extremely helpful. I’m already pretty decent with reading labels, but with the added information on certain ingredients and the protein ratio it’s even easier to see how false some of these protein bars are. Going over my food log each call was great and when it felt like a lot of my foods were not the best choice, she gave great recommendation that grew on me. Having a printable grocery list and food journal was helpful as well. Especially when I was super organized. I’ve learned a lot and am excited to work with her again in the future.
